Citime offers a warranty limited to the manufacturing and material defects on period of two (2) years after the date of purchase from an authorized OXYGEN dealer.

This means that if the component parts of your watch is defective or the assembly of this watch is wrong, we are committed to repair or replace if necessary.

Citime will not be liable for misuse causing possible malfunctions. Normal wear of the watch, the battery, the glass or the strap is not covered by our warranty, like theft or loss. Warranty will not work either if you open the watch case, press the button and handle the crown under water.

Contact the nearest OXYGEN point of sale, which will be able to make the return. You can view our list of store locator to find it. Please attach with your watch the completed warranty card (with the store's seal) and proof of purchase and clearly state the nature of the defect.
