1- Simple return or exchange
Non-professional buyers have a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery to return in perfect condition, products that do not give satisfaction, provided that the products are still in their original packaging and who have not been worn or soiled, chipped, or damaged.
Citime then agrees to pay back the related price. The repayment of the amount of the order takes place no later than thirty days after receipt of (these) product (s) in Citime. Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer at time of order, the refund will be made by check, credit card or wire transfer to the customer's bank account. In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the customer will have to clearly indicate his bank details when returning. Beware if the client is deferred debit, credit repayment will only appear at the end of the month on their statement.
For any return, the customer must send an email to Citime customer service (email address indicated on the order confirmation) one showing the product to return, order number, the reason for return, and the words: exchange or refund. Citime then send a return number that the customer will indicate in its package. Please note, the return number must also be specified in the return package. Otherwise, Citime reserves the right not to process the file.
The customer can use the carrier of its choice, but the shipment will necessarily include traceability and delivery against signature (example: Colissimo Fedex, UPS, etc.).
After obtaining the return number, the customer can send the product (s) to the following address :

Citime will not accept the refund if the returned product (s) are damaged by the Customer, making the product unfit for sale.

In the case of an exchange, if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the price of the original article, Citime will issue a credit note to be used within 6 months. The return postage will be borne by Citime in the case of a first exchange only.
2- Defective Product
In the case of defective product Citime will replace it by new and identical reference.
In the event of a shortage, a product of equivalent or superior characteristics may be substituted for the defective product returned without notice.
To report a defective item, the customer must send an email to Citime customer service (email address indicated on the order confirmation) indicating the order number, product (s) to return and failure (s) found . Citime then send a return number that the customer will indicate in its package. Please note, the return number must also be specified in the package. Otherwise, Citime reserves the right not to process the file.
After finding the product failure, Citime will refund the customer all expenses incurred: the price of the item concerned and the shipping costs.
If Citime finds that the returned product is not defective, it will be returned to the customer at his expense.
